Pre-pilot development

  2. Record drive-thru ordering audio data to test and improve our models. This will involve working with your IT team and may require making minor hardware changes, depending on your existing infrastructure.

The AI system is installed in your restaurant. This involves putting our plug-n-play Tenfour Compute Node (which is just a small computer) inside your restaurant and turning it on in Listening Mode.

By comparing what the AI thinks the order is to what is being placed in the POS system, we can measure the AI's accuracy to take orders. Once this is accuracy is high enough, the next step is fully autonomous order taking.
